We are partnering with a well-established commercial construction firm based in Nashville, TN, seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from inception through completion. This is a pivotal role focused on project execution, client satisfaction, and financial performance across a diverse portfolio of projects.

About the Position

As a Project Manager , you will take ownership of assigned projects, working closely with clients, subcontractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. You’ll develop project goals and schedules, manage budgets, and proactively address challenges to keep work on track. Beyond execution, you’ll also play a key role in strengthening client relationships and contributing to the company’s reputation for excellence and integrity.

What You’ll Do

Project Planning and Execution

• Develop and refine project-specific goals, schedules, and budgets aligned with client expectations.

• Provide estimating assistance and collaborate with preconstruction teams as needed.
• Identify design inefficiencies and recommend cost-effective solutions while maintaining project specifications.
• Oversee the completion of subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor approvals.
• Manage change orders, pay applications, and project documentation with precision and transparency.
• Conduct weekly project meetings with all stakeholders to communicate updates and resolve challenges.
