As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will have the important role of monitoring and patrolling a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you interact with employees and visitors, providing excellent customer service and communication. You will conduct regular patrols, support access control, and utilize technology to maintain a secure environment. This position requires driving as part of your duties. What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while on patrol to address questions and provide assistance.

Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.

Document incidents and daily activities following Allied Universal protocols and client site requirements.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points during patrols.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort working with computers or tablets is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
