You’ll machine components to exact customer specifications and verify results with in-process inspections. Interested in leadership? Step into tasks that oversee scheduling, programming, troubleshooting, and first piece inspections in the turning or milling area.
What you'll do
- Run CNC lathe, mill, and mill-turn equipment to customer prints using CNC programs
- Inspect as you go, meeting print callouts; deburr to specification
- Keep parts identified and lots segregated at all times
- Detect, segregate, and report non-conforming material and foreign object debris (FOD)
- Control non-conforming material with the correct documentation
- Accurately report any damaged / nonconforming parts to team leaders / Manager
- Complete documentation and job travelers with precision
- Assist with packaging and shipping to get parts out the door
- Adhere to AS9100D and customer-specific requirements
- Report any safety issues encountered during normal job activities

Familiarity with Jet Machined Products inspection forms and record keeping practicesAS9100 awarenessHigh School diploma or GED (vocational or non-vocational)Who you report to
