Interim Director of Pharmacy New Mexico (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity)! A hospital in New Mexico is seeking a highly skilled Interim Director of Pharmacy (DOP) to lead pharmacy operations in a hospital setting with provider clinics . This 13-week contract is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a dedicated pharmacy team, ensure regulatory pliance, and enhance patient care. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to transition into a permanent position . Position Overview :

- Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (40 hours / week)
- Start Date : ASAP
- Duration : 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage all aspects of hospital pharmacy operationsEnsure pliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy regulationsMaintain accreditation standards and uphold best practices in medication safetyCollaborate with hospital leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to enhance patient careSupervise and support pharmacy staff in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentIdeal Candidate :
Strong leadership and problem-solving skillsDeep understanding of hospital pharmacy regulations and operationsAbility to manage workflow efficiency in both inpatient and outpatient settingsJob Requirements :
