IT Service Controller
Estamos en la búsqueda de Service Controller en México, Ecuador o Colombia.
El Service Controller es responsable del aseguramiento y cumplimiento del SLA, supervisión de equipo de trabajo de IT.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma remota y para horario extendido de 8 am a 5 pm. Disponibilidad para guardias eventuales.
Requisitos del IT Service Controller :
– Dominio avanzado de idioma inglés (Gestión de operación 100% en inglés).
– Experiencia en manejo de equipos de IT.
– Conocimientos de IT, Soporte DSS / HelpDesk / Desk Site Support.
