Job descriptionUse training to refine and enhance team knowledge and expectations Implement ongoing performance management to ensure sales and KPI goals are consistently met Leadership through example, maintain a strong floor presence Develop, implement and execute strategic business plans for the store Ensure store environment emulates company DNA Assist in developing store aligning with brand’s objectives Maintain inventory control following policies and procedures to protect assets and meet shrink goals Manage P&L for the store, controlling expenses and gross margin to achieve financial objectives Ensure sell‑through and stock levels maximized for sales growth Enforce merchandise standards as set by visual department Maintain and communicate strong product knowledge Consistently uphold brand image Assist store manager with recruiting for staff opportunities Supervise store personnel, ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed Communicate effectively with store team, co‑workers, and NY office Create a positive store atmosphere that consistently motivates the team Perform other duties assigned from time to time Minimum 3‑5 years of retail management experience; RTW luxury a plus Product experience in luxury or high‑end retail strongly preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Able to work independently as well as collaboratively Ability to manage conflict Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid maternity leave

Overall Duties
The Assistant Store Manager works with the Store Manager to develop business aligned with the brand’s strategy, manage the store, staff, merchandise and customer service. The role focuses on achieving sales objectives, building a highly motivated team, and providing ongoing staff development and support.
