SALARY RANGE : $135,000 - $150,000 | OTE : $200,000+

Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain referral networks with physicians, hospitals, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and social workers.
- Represent the organization at community events including health fairs, networking functions, senior expos, and professional associations.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies through in-person visits, presentations, and relationship management.
- Track and analyze referral patterns, competitor activity, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
- Partner with intake and clinical teams to ensure a smooth referral-to-admission process that reflects a commitment to client care.
- Report business development outcomes and provide insights on opportunities for growth.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.3-5+ years of business development or sales experience in home health, hospice, senior living, or related healthcare . Prior management experience is preferred.Established referral network in San Ramon / East Bay strongly preferred.Proven record of meeting / exceeding sales targets and driving census growth.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across territories.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and effective working both independently and collaboratively.Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned territory.Benefits :
