Job description
A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to oversee user experience and design impactful digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design research-informed digital experiences that balance user needs with business objectives
Collaborate cross-functionally to find innovative solutions to complex design challenges
Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design decisions
Required Qualifications
8+ years of relevant work experience with a portfolio showcasing case studies
Proven track record of solving complex problems and creating holistic user experiences
Experience developing user flows, wireframes, and functional prototypes
Proficiency in Figma and experience in crafting refined visual design solutions
Experience designing mobile applications and understanding of mobile-first principles
