Zurich North America is currently looking for a Vendor Manager to join the Finance Operations team in our North American Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL. As a Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Surety Accounts Receivable team, including the receivable results and related customer service. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of insurance and have strong analytical and interpersonal skills to guide the team to the expected service levels, follow defined procedures, and partner with internal Underwriting colleagues. Responsibilities for this role include :

• Meet regularly with team to discuss progress towards objectives
• Serve as subject matter expert on Surety business
• Ensure timely and quality customer service for self and team
• Collaborate with internal business colleagues
• Identify opportunities and implement process improvements

Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. For this position, the salary is $71,100.00 - $116,500.00, plus a short-term incentive bonus of 10%. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for employees and their families.
