Our client has an immediate opening in their virtual office, for a Product Liability / Commercial Litigation Associate with five to eight years of experience. While this position is remote, in-person travel for depositions, court appearances, or trial may be required as cases develop. Candidates should reside in Pennsylvania, have an active Pennsylvania bar license, and have experience litigating in Pennsylvania state and federal courts. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

The ideal candidate will have experience with all phases of civil litigation in commercial and product liability spaces, including, but not limited to, mediation and / or arbitration, conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, engaging in discovery and substantive motion practice specific to Pennsylvania state and federal courts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Prior judicial clerkship experience in Pennsylvania state or federal court would be a plus.
