Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support operations and implement improvements across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between development teams and internal / external customers

Gather business requirements and develop functional specifications for IT solutions

Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in performance

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in healthcare

3 years of experience in Order-to-Cash processes and applications in healthcare

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field

Experience with Agile project management methodologies

Familiarity with ServiceNow Agile, Jira, and Excel
