    • Submission Requirements

    ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED

    • MI License : REQUIRED, no exceptions (not accepting IMLC)
    • NBCRNA certification (new grads welcome) - Required
    • BLS, and ACLS - Required
    • Providers must have Clean Background / No Malpractice for quick credentialing - Required
    • Local (drive-in) providers - Required, no exceptions
