Job description

Overview

We have an immediate opening for a passionate and experienced small engine service writer. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Efficient parts look-up
  • Crafting detailed work orders
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Handling cash register transactions
  • Loading and unloading lawn & garden equipment
  • Assembling small engine equipment
  • Tackling miscellaneous duties as needed
  • Assisting customers with special projects

Requirements

  • Prior customer service / service writing experience
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • A professional appearance
  • Availability for some weekends and evenings
  • Reliable personal transportation and phone
  • A positive attitude
