As a Pharmacy Technician Specialist I, the coworker may engage more complex medication distribution processes, have additional department responsibilities, and / or function in specialized areas of responsibility.Qualifications : Tech Specialist I : Education : High School Diploma or equivalence exam.Licensure : Actively registered, in good standing, with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or willing to submit application for registration by first day of work. This includes submitting fingerprints for FBI background check.Experience : 1-year relevant pharmacy experience required. Other : Successfully complete pharmacy department orientation. Tech Specialist II : Education : High School Diploma or equivalence exam.Licensure : Actively registered, in good standing, with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or willing to submit application for registration by first day of work. This includes submitting fingerprints for FBI background check.Experience : 3 years relevant pharmacy experience required.Certifications : Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
