Pay Rate : $45.33 / hour

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Analyst III to support our Preventative Maintenance Organization Start-Up Group. This role will focus on problem solving, process creation, documentation, and work order reviews to optimize business systems and workflows. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen to bridge user needs and system capabilities.

Responsibilities :

Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user requirements.

Document and translate business processes clearly using process mapping and other tools.

Write detailed user requirements, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.

Coordinate tasks with others as needed to ensure timely project completion.

Apply knowledge of accounting or finance concepts to solve business challenges in preventative maintenance and operations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

5–7 years of experience gathering business system requirements and documenting processes.

Strong PC skills and knowledge of MS Office tools.

Experience in accounting or finance (minor, coursework, or practical experience).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Work Location : Hybrid – Detroit, MI
