Log, prioritize, and assign incoming service requests or incidents using a ticketing system
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in a service desk, help desk, or administrative coordination role
Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow)
Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting processes
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting
