Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Greet prospective residents and offer tours of the property, showcasing the features and benefits of leasing at Cinnamon Tree Apartments. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of apartment floor plans, amenities, pricing, and lease specials to assist clients effectively. Handle all leasing inquiries, follow up with prospects, and convert leads to leases through personalized communication strategies. Process leasing applications and efficiently manage the lease signing process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current tenants. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely manner. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure units are move-in ready and address maintenance requests as needed. Keep accurate records of leasing activity, traffic, and renewals. Qualifications : Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using property management software and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
