Our client, a leading sheet metal manufacturer of HVAC products, is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to join their team. As a Shipping Supervisor, you will be part of the Shipping Department supporting Production. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, problem solving skills, and great coaching skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Be responsible for the oversight and direction of operations in the shipping and receiving area.
• Prepare products for shipping while focusing on pallet utilization, loading / unloading trucks, and resolving shipping errors.
• Motivating and coaching employees.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company policies and procedures.
