Sodexo  is seeking a  General Manager 4  for  Annie Penn Memorial  Hospital  located in  Reidsville , NC .   Annie Penn Memorial  Hospital  is a licensed 110 bed modern hospital with an adjacent 82 bed long term care facility.  Located only a short driving distance away of the family friendly city of Greensboro (#6 best places to live in NC!). Annie Penn is nationally recognized as a full-service hospital, offering the latest in-patient and out-patient care in a wide range of specialties. The  General  Manager  4  at this location will lead a team of 3 salaried managers and oversee a team of frontline staff.   We are looking for highly engaged leaders with healthcare experience and the ability to manage labor efficiently and a proven track record of driving patient satisfaction and the patient experience.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
