Job description$600,000 guaranteed base Total earning potetential exceeds $800,000 with productivity bonus from day 1 Call pay : $1,800-$3,400 / night ASC buy-in and partnership opportunity Focus on Elective Primary Joint Replacements Opportunity for some joint revision work Work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment Participate in a 1 : 8 weekly call at a Level 2 Trauma Center (trauma covered by Traumatologists) Equity, ownership, and autonomy available Modern facilities : on-site ASC, in-house MRI, and nearby hospitals Access to in-house radiology, physical therapy, and outpatient surgery center opportunities BC in Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship-trained in Total Joint / Adult Reconstruction Preferred : 2-3+ years of experience (will consider exceptional new grads) Energetic, motivated, and patient-focused Bridge employment gaps or transitions between permanent positions by taking on locum assignments, maintaining income and professional engagement during transitional periods.
