Job Description : Skills and Duties

• Proficient in the use of two-post vehicle lifts, shop tools, and related shop equipment
• Responsible for collecting and recording incoming weight data for test vehicles
• Prepares crash-test vehicles by properly draining all fluids in accordance with safety protocols
• Applies paint and highlights vehicle underbodies for visibility during high-speed crash test videography
• Follows detailed check sheets to ensure all test preparation steps are completed accurately
• Performs routine maintenance and calibration on lab equipment to ensure functionality
• Compiles test data and assist in preparing technical reports and documentation
• Maintains clean and organized 5S work area and adheres to lab safety standards
• Ensures a safe working environment by following all lab rules, procedures, and safety guidelines
