A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support key recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the offer process, including drafting and tracking offer letters while ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
Manage the employee referral workflow and maintain accurate documentation within internal systems
Coordinate requisition approvals and assist with job posting audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR or recruiting coordination, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with offer processes and onboarding workflows
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
