Position Summary
The Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Advancement & Campus is the organizational focal point for marketing and brand strategy for Augustine Institute campus and advancement activities. Includes oversite of marketing activities for the Augustine Institute Graduate School of Theology, and managing the Product Marketing Manager responsible for day-to-day management of Graduate School of Theology marketing.
This role will serve as SME for the Augustine Institute campus located in Florissant, MO. In collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager for the Augustine Institute Graduate School of Theology, this individual will develop effective marketing campaigns to engage Catholic ministry leaders, potential donors, and those interested in graduate studies. This role is responsible for developing marketing and communication plans and performance reports for multiple concurrent campaigns. Deep brand & product marketing experience is required. Lifecycle marketing experience is highly desired.
The ideal candidate will bring a desire and passion for storytelling and eliciting emotion in Catholics to drive them to action. Experience with giving campaigns, fundraising, higher education, marketing automation, analytics platforms (GTM & GA4), digital media, and Agile marketing is desired. The ability to influence people and transform an organization is a must! You will help to grow our giving societies and campus reputation by reaching donors and ministry leaders with the right messaging at the right time.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive organizational success toward OKRs and KPIs, including giving targets and event booking quotas
Own and champion the customer lifecycle for location event leads, while developing and maintaining customer personas
Manage, supervise and develop a Product Marketing Manager who supports the Campus, Advancement and Graduate School campaigns for which this role is responsible.
Coordinate and organize marketing activities across all media platforms, including but not limited to email, PR, direct mail, social media, awards, agencies, communications, and external events – such as the LA Religious Education Congress.
Work closely with marketing Creative Services and digital marketing to manage timelines and campaign asset creation
Develop and maintain relationships with external marketing vendors
Serve as the primary focal point and marketing liaison for all campus and advancement branding and marketing activities
Work in collaboration with Web Analytics and Reporting Manager to develop standardized reporting processes and metrics that keep goals, objectives, and performance highly visible for stakeholders across the apostolate.
Provide product management expertise in brand positioning and collaborate to execute marketplace and consumer research.
Research, analyze, and monitor economic, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and the competitive landscape.
Capitalize on cross-promotional opportunities with various products and services from the Augustine Institute.
