Job description2-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary software quickly The desire and capacity to motivate coach and manage a growing team An ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced changing environment Detail Oriented, Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance is a plus High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred) Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Warehouse Lead In this role you will…
- Work with Operations Supervisors to ensure deliverables are being achieved
- Work collaboratively with all team leads to support inventory counts, product moves and management and maintaining accurate supply and equipment levels
- Communicate openly and in a timely fashion regarding any issues involving inventory, staff or facilities
- Provide ongoing training and development for all warehouse associates
- Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment ensuring policies and procedures are followed

Pay : $18.50 an hour
