Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in process management, agile facilitation, or business operations
Ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and influence teams
Experience with backlog management or workflow tools (e.g., monday.com, Jira)
Growth mindset with comfort in coaching others through change
Background in marketing operations, CX, or digital experience is helpful
