Hematopathologist

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Albany Medical College in Albany, NY is seeking an AP or AP / CP board-certified pathologist to participate in clinical services of Hematopathology in a growing system-level hematopathologist subspecialty team. Fellowship training is required. A second area of interest in AP or CP is desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities include :

• Hematopathology pathology sign-out and participation in interdisciplinary tumor boards.
• Bi-weekly participation in virtual consensus conferences including four hospitals and seven other hematopathologists.
• Shared night / weekend Hematopathology call.
