Pay Range : $90 - $100 per hour on W2

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Technical Governance Manager to lead the development and execution of robust technical governance frameworks ensuring client’s AI / ML systems are compliant with global data protection and AI regulations. This role involves designing AI audit methodologies, managing AI risk registers, and integrating governance practices across teams to uphold user privacy and trust. The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing regulatory reports and driving a culture of responsible AI innovation within client.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement technical governance controls for AI / ML systems, ensuring compliance with global regulations.

Develop and operationalize AI audit processes addressing privacy, security, and legal risks.

Build and manage a living AI Risk Register to track and categorize AI risks.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance technical governance controls.

Generate regulatory reports and dashboards for AI systems' risk management.

Must Have Skills :

In-depth experience in AI / ML systems governance.

Strong knowledge of privacy and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Proficiency in model audit frameworks and compliance best practices.

Industry Experience Required :

Experience in highly regulated or technology-focused sectors, with a preference for candidates who have supported global platforms or consumer technologies.
