Sales Consultant
Our Philadelphia Michael Page office specializes in sales / recruiting for clients within Property & Construction (Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, etc.) in various territories. As a consultant, you will be responsible for :
- Building relationships with companies (clients) in a given territory to partner together on hiring needs
- Prospecting and outreach to clients
- Negotiating commercial terms of business with clients
- Building a pipeline of candidates through various sources (LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM database etc.)
- Interviewing candidates and qualify them for job openings with clients
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Managing the process with candidates from initial interview stages through offer stage and close of the sale

The successful applicant will have :
