About Crossbeam

It’s an exciting time at Crossbeam. We built our company on a simple but powerful realization : partner ecosystems hold untapped potential to transform how companies go to market. That insight became a movement, now embraced by more than 30,000 companies using Crossbeam to unlock new data, build new growth engines, and provide powerful new market context to their AI agents. We’re scaling with speed, focus, and a vision that’s reshaping the future of go‑to‑market, backed by top‑tier investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Insight Partners, Redpoint, FirstMark, Salesforce Ventures, and HubSpot Ventures (yep, the biggest CRMs are investing in the future of go‑to‑market).

The opportunity ahead is exciting, and we’re pursuing it with curiosity, high standards, and a shared commitment to doing the best work of our careers.

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for an incredible Senior Manager, Mid‑Market who loves coaching, building teams, and leading from the front. You’ll guide a talented group of Mid‑Market AEs to hit new heights, and have fun while doing it. Think part strategist, part front‑line seller, part people‑leader.

What You’ll Do

  • Hire, coach, and inspire a team of Mid‑Market AEs to build a culture where high performance and team wins go hand‑in‑hand.
  • Lead from the front : join key calls, model great discovery, and co‑strategize on complex deals.

Be our in‑house expert on Ecosystem‑Led Growth, helping your team and customers see how partnerships unlock revenue.

  • Own and drive key metrics : pipeline health, quota attainment, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
  • Provide hands‑on deal support, from discovery to negotiation, and help AEs master their craft.
  • Build executive‑level relationships with strategic customers to ensure retention and expansion.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships to refine plays, strengthen deals, and scale our growth motion.
  • Evolve our sales programs, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and pipeline generation.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration. We win as one team.
  • Represent the Mid‑Market org in forecasting, planning, and sales‑leadership discussions.
  • What You'll Need

  • 6 + years of SaaS sales experience (or 4 + as a full‑cycle closer) and 2 + years leading a high‑growth team in a startup environment.
  • Proven success closing or leading AEs through complex mid‑market deals, which experience with 1k+ employee accounts.
  • Deep passion for coaching and developing talent. You lead through empowerment, not micromanagement.
  • Experience with partner‑led or ecosystem‑driven revenue models.
  • Collaborative, team‑first mindset with strong cross‑functional communication skills.
  • Track record of hiring, ramping, and retaining top performers.
  • Excellent communicator with strong executive presence; you build trust quickly.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving chops with a bias toward action.
  • Bonus : experience selling to GTM leaders : Partnerships, Sales, Marketing.

    Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Competitive base + uncapped commission + equity
  • Remote / hybrid flexibility - we trust you to bring your best self from wherever you work
  • Visible impact during a pivotal growth stage
  • Collaborative, high‑energy culture that celebrates wins and learns fast
  • Clear path for career growth into senior leadership
  • Your First 90 Days

  • You’ve ramped your team’s pipeline to target coverage.
  • You’ve co‑closed your first deal and built your coaching cadence.
  • You’ve identified at least one process improvement that boosted forecasting or efficiency.
  • Flexible PTO Policy
  • Parental leave
  • Stock Option Plan
  • Learning & Development Budget
  • Remote Work Options
  • Generous Wellness Stipend
  • Equal Opportunity Employer

We’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to building a team that reflects a wide variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We don’t discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic.

If you need reasonable accommodations during any part of the application or interview process, please let us know—we’re happy to support you.
