Start date : ASAP Contract length : 13 Weeks Primary Location : Edgewater Haven, Port Edwards, WI GSA : 40 hours per week Shift : PM is 145p-10 : 15p, NOC is 945p-6 : 15a, with 16-hour shifts on the weekends. Example 4 hours before or after start of shift, like 2pm to 6am.) Weekend requirements : Every other weekend Holiday requirements : Typically rotates every other Float requirements : all 3 wings at facility On-Call requirements : None Experience 1-2 years EHR : Matrix Care Education : ASN or BSN Certifications : WI or Compact RN License and AHA BLS Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio) : 300 wing = 33 beds, but current census is 26. Mix of hospice and LTC patients.

• 500 wing = locked wing, dementia patients. 25 beds, current census is 16. - Overall beds for facility are licensed at 72 (all private), but normal census is around 45. They rarely go above 60. Will always have at least one other CNA and RN / LPN on your unit while working. Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates Scrub Colors : Scrubs : any. Jeans on Monday for and Friday. Khakis anytime. Closed toe shoes. Facial piercings may not be of the hoop variety.
