Draper, Utah (On-site / Work-from-Home Hybrid)

At Key Property Solutions, we're a new and growing property management company based in Draper, Utah. We manage high-quality residential rentals throughout Salt Lake and Utah Counties, delivering boutique-level service built on integrity, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

We're hiring our first Property Manager — a motivated professional ready to take ownership of a 75+ door residential portfolio and help build the systems, culture, and standards that will define our company as we scale.

What You'll Do

You'll oversee full-cycle operations across a growing residential portfolio, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional service for both owners and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, and renewals.
  • Oversee marketing listings and coordinate showings through ShowDigs.
  • Triage and dispatch maintenance requests using Buildium.
  • Conduct move-in / move-out inspections and coordinate turnovers within target timelines.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with owners, residents, and vendors.
  • Use LeadSimple to follow defined workflows and ensure consistency in operational processes.
  • Partner with ownership to refine systems and implement new software tools as we grow.
  • Maintain compliance with Utah rental laws and company standards.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of residential property management experience.
  • Working knowledge of Utah rental laws and best practices.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Experience with property management software — Buildium preferred; ShowDigs familiarity a plus.
  • Tech-forward and eager to help develop efficient, scalable systems.
