We are currently expanding our sales team and seeking HCM Associate Account Executives to promote our cutting-edge technology solutions, including our premier policy and certification management platform. This role offers the opportunity to engage with clients in both the public and private sectors, such as law enforcement and government agencies.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, social selling or any other means
- Targeting 60+ dials a day
- Timely follow up of all leads and advancing leads through selling process to close
- Create new opportunities from cold outbound calls
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly grasp new technology solutions while leveraging proven sales methodologies from past success
- Must have great communication skills to articulate competitive differences and our value proposition
- Maintain regular check-ins with Director of Customer Success and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving
- Develop and maintain analytical reports as requested by management
- Facilitate proper execution of transactions between sales and customer promptly, accurately and with consistent information, meeting quality metrics and exceeding customer expectations
