🏥 Travel RN – Critical Care (ICU & Med Surg Stepdown)\n\nFacility Location : Manitowoc, WI\nUnit : Critical Care – ICU & Med Surg Stepdown\nShift : [Not specified – confirm with recruiter]\nContract Length : [Typically 13 weeks unless otherwise noted]\nStart Dates : Rolling\n\n📋 Unit Overview\n\nThis is a combined 18-bed unit split between : \n\n6-bed ICU (located on the back side of hospital)\n\n12-bed Med Surg Stepdown (lakeside / front of hospital)\n\nNurses are expected to float between both ICU and Stepdown depending on patient census and acuity.\n\n👥 Staffing & Ratios\n\nICU RN Ratios : 1 : 2–3 (acuity-based)\n\nStepdown RN Ratios : 1 : 4–5 (depending on medical patient load)\n\nSupport Staff : \n\n4–5 RNs per shift\n\n1–3 CNAs depending on census\n\nDedicated HUC / Telemetry Tech 24 / 7
