Market Director - Laboratory - WI

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Market Director - Laboratory - WI to join our team. Provides oversight and leadership for the laboratory services across the assigned market. Manages overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities. Plans and implements systems that accomplish work objectives and fulfill the mission and goals efficiently and effectively.

Education Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science is required.
  • Master's degree in Laboratory Science or related discipline is preferred.

    • Experience Qualifications :

  • 5 years laboratory experience is required.
  • 3 years leadership experience in laboratory is required.

    • Certifications, Licenses and Registrations :

  • Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) certification by a nationally recognized certifying agency such as : American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), National Credentialing Agency for Laboratory Personnel (NCA), American Medical Technologies (AMT), Department of Health, Education, and Welfare (HEW), or other laboratory certifying agency is required.
