Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist (Hybrid)

Job Type : Long-Term Temporary

Pay :  $24.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Location : Gardena / Carson, CA (Hybrid – 9 days / month on-site, remainder remote)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role. You’ll support full-cycle AP functions including invoice processing, vendor relations, and compliance. Ideal for someone with Excel skills and high-volume AP experience.

Responsibilities

Process 100+ AP invoices daily (full-cycle)

Communicate with vendors to resolve billing / payment issues

Maintain accurate records and exception logs

Generate and analyze AP reports

Support AP Supervisor with projects

Ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

High school diploma required; AA / BA in Accounting or related field preferred

Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP – testing required)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to analyze data and work independently

Consistent attendance and flexibility for occasional overtime

Schedule & Work Environment

Hybrid schedule : 9 days / month on-site in Gardena / Carson; rest remote

Monday to Friday, full-time hours

Long-term temporary position
