Production Operator

We're actively seeking dedicated and detail-driven Production Operator  to become part of our growing team in Hawarden, working Full-time M-F 7-330pm - just a short drive from Sioux City, IA (35 miles) and Sioux Falls, SD (45 miles).   As a Production Operator, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, helping deliver precision-engineered components to customers worldwide.

You'll be responsible for :

Performing detailed work using microscopes with high visual acuity

Remaining focused and productive during long periods of seated or standing tasks

Documenting work accurately with basic math and computer skills

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Collaborating with team members in a supportive, communicative environment

Ideal Candidates Possess :

Strong attention to detail and a high level of focus

Ability to work with microscopes and handle small components with precision

Physical stamina for extended periods of sitting or standing

Solid basic math and computer skills for documenting production tasks

• Ability to speak and read English

A cooperative attitude and excellent communication skills
