Start date must be on or very close to the order start date.

RTO : Must be under 7 days, listed on the cover page, and not in week 1 or on holidays.

List all facilities / states the traveler will consider (e.g., “Any AZ,” “Any CO”).

Ensure all departments the traveler is open to are checked on the cover page.

Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept.

Notify us immediately if the traveler withdraws or becomes unavailable.
