The Center for NeuroPotential is hiring Associate-Level Licensed LPCAs or LMSWs in Connecticut to :
Provide clinical intakes and brief check-ins for neurofeedback patientsBuild a caseload of therapy clientsLearn and apply powerful brain-based toolsWe serve clients across the lifespan—children to older adults—addressing ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, autism, learning differences, and more. We also help high performers improve focus and resilience.

This is a part-time, non-salaried, fee-for-service position with the potential opportunity to work as many hours as preferred, with a minimum of 25 hours weekly.

Compensation :
$42 hourly
Responsibilities :
Provide clinical guidance and oversight to clients participating in neurofeedback therapy, ensuring therapeutic goals are clearly defined and progress is continuously monitoredSupport each client’s therapeutic development through individualized, ongoing assessment and data-informed treatment planningFoster consistent, therapeutic relationships that promote trust, engagement, and meaningful clinical outcomesParticipate in collaborative weekly Clinical Rounds, contributing clinical insights and refining treatment strategies in a multidisciplinary settingConduct comprehensive, periodic evaluations to assess neurofeedback effectiveness and inform adjustments to treatment protocolsManage a targeted therapy caseload aligned with your clinical expertise and professional interests, allowing for depth of care and impactful therapeutic workQualifications :
Candidates must possess an Associate-level license in psychotherapy specific to Connecticut, such as LMSW or LPCASuccessful applicants should have undergone training in EMDR or other trauma-focused therapies or be willing to pursue such trainingEthical standards within the psychotherapy field are a mandatory requirement for all candidatesExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this roleProficiency in using an Electronic Health Record and ensuring timely documentation is highly preferredA strong commitment to collaborative teamwork is crucial for excelling in this positionThe ideal candidate will be dedicated to continuously developing and enhancing their clinical practiceAdaptability to changing clinical demands is crucial for delivering effective patient careAbout Company
