Manager - Outpatient Oncology Infusion

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Outpatient Oncology Infusion team.

Responsibilities include :

• Overseeing daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensuring delivery of safe, effective, and timely patient care in alignment with organizational standards.
• Managing departmental budget, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring productivity meets fiscal targets.
• Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, efficiency, and patient experience.
• Leading and supporting staff development, engagement, and performance.
• Facilitating patient flow to optimize throughput and maximize resource utilization.
• Ensuring compliance with all quality, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
