Purpose and Summary Statement :

Accomplishes safe delivery of energy products while meeting or exceeding the customer's expectations. Achieves customer retention through effective communication and account management.

Essential Job Functions :

• Works with other company salesmen to increase sales of energy products.
• Responds to all complaints and follows through to ensure satisfactory settlement.
• Efficiently delivers energy products to exceed customer / company expectations.
• Updates and apprises management of all business-related customer communications.
• Monitors and controls product shrink to acceptable levels as outlined in company policy.
• Ensures all delivery equipment is in safe working condition; Keeps daily truck inspection records and HOS records.
• Adheres to and supports the company credit policy, checking credit history of patron before making a delivery, and explaining policy to new customers.
• Conduct routine service on customer tank systems as needed and in accordance with company guidelines.
