Type of Opportunity : Full-Time (1.0 FTE / 39-40 hours per week)
Work Schedule : Option for (3) 13-hour shifts or (4) 10-hour shifts in Days, Nights, or Swings
Attractive Sign-On Bonuses : $2,500-$5,000 based on experience and a Relocation Bonus of $3,500-$6,000 for qualified candidates.

Shift Differentials :
$2.00 / hr Ambulance Service Differential, earned on all hours worked.$5.00 / hr Night Differential on eligible hours during night shifts.$3.00 / hr Weekend Differential on eligible weekend hours.$2.00 / hr Bachelor's or $3.00 / hr Master's Education Differential, earned on all hours worked if in approved focus.Key Responsibilities :
Provide prehospital 911 emergency care and inter-facility transportation for patients.Administer medications and perform Advanced Life Support (ALS) level interventions adhering to guidelines.Maintain accurate medical records through use of ImageTrend Elite.Operate emergency vehicles safely according to Emergency Vehicle Operation Course (EVOC) standards.Assist in training Emergency Medical Services (EMS) students.Participate in departmental meetings and continued education to stay current in the field.Implement best practices to optimize response and drop times.Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED is required.Valid New Mexico driver's license is required without significant restrictions.Must be at least 18 years old with an insurable driving record.State of New Mexico Paramedic license in good standing is mandatory.All necessary certifications (e.g., ACLS, BLS) must be maintained.Completion of FEMA courses 100, 200, 700 is required.Prior EMT experience is preferred.Must successfully pass a physical abilities assessment.Medical examiner certification / DOT certification is required during onboarding and must be maintained.Benefits :
