About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Regulatory is a contributor and owner of mission-critical workflows to maintain and operate the Independent Dispute Resolution process. In assigned jurisdictions, the Senior Analyst, Regulatory Affairs will intake disputes from providers, participate in negotiation with team support, and prepare arbitration briefing where needed, all while maintaining detailed documentation for tracking purposes. The Senior Analyst, Regulatory Affairs supports the Regulatory Affairs function in serving as an enterprise wide resource on public policy and IDR trends.
You will report into the Director, Regulatory Affairs.
Work Location
This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in : Dallas, TX. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area.
Pay Transparency
The base pay for this role is : $69,120 - $90,720 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
