Job descriptionCompetitive pay based on experience Flexible schedules part-time and PRN available Meaningful work that impacts families and children Ongoing training & career growth opportunities Provide hands-on care and emotional support to children with developmental challenges Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, personal care, and mobility support Implement behavior and communication strategies as directed by therapists or parents Engage children in interactive, sensory-friendly activities Maintain a safe and supportive environment Experience working with children with developmental disabilities (professional or personal). Yes, babysitting counts! Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license Patience, empathy, and a desire to work with children Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with the State of California or at least willing to register. CPR & First Aid certification is a plus but not required
