Schedule :
PM shift 2 : 30pm - 11pm 4 / 2 rotating schedule
NOC shift 10 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 AM 4 / 2 rotating schedule
Qualifications :
- Current CA license in good standing
 - New grads welcome!
 - CPR and First Aid certified
 - Outstanding communication skills
 - Positive, professional, and calm demeanor in all work-related situations
 
Responsibilities :
Observes, reports, and documents / charting on patient conditionsAdministers medications in accordance with physician ordersTakes and records temperatures, respiration, and pulseSets up treatment trays, and prepares instruments and / or other equipment, as neededMaintains working knowledge of assigned patient's conditions at all timesReviews reports from previous shifts to determine changes in the status of residents and assigns various duties to C.N.A.'s or other nursing personnelTurns over accurate records and ensures oncoming shift nurses are updatedResponsible for notifying the Director of Nursing Services (DON) and / or Administrator of changes in patient condition or other job-related problemsBenefits :
