Straightener Operator – Crowley, TX

Position Details :

Full-time, 4-day / 10-hour shift : Monday – Thursday, 5 : 30 AM – 4 : 15 PM

Pay : $20 / hour

Responsibilities :

Operate equipment to straighten plungers or polish rods

Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the process

Use micrometers, calipers, and other shop tools to ensure precision

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Pre-Employment Requirements :

Education and employment verification

Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience

Familiarity with machine tools and basic math skills

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities

Ability to work overtime as needed

Reliable attendance and strong work references

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience with machine tools

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for most of the day

Perform repetitive motions and handle tools with precision

Adequate vision and hearing to perform required tasks
