Director of Engineering Integrations

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering Integrations who can lead and implement technical integrations across the pharmacy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end technical implementation of integrations with external systems

Serve as the technical liaison with external engineering teams and partners

Design and optimize data architecture to support scalable, HIPAA compliant healthcare data workflows

Qualifications

Deep understanding of pharmacy data workflows and PMS integration architecture

7+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years leading integrations or API-based architecture

Prior experience working with Pharmacy PMS's or healthcare SaaS required

Proficiency with Snowflake, APIs, webhooks, ETL pipelines, and system-level integrations

Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups or scaling tech environments
