Sr SAP FICO Consultant (SAP FICO )

Responsibilities

As a Systems Configuration specializing in SAP FI / CO, you will prioritize ensuring the integrity and successful delivery of our SAP FI / CO solutions throughout their entire lifecycle. This involves meticulous management of client systems business processes, data structures, and process flows to align with their business capabilities. You will strive optimize efficiency within our SAP FI / CO landscape by streamlining system changes, effectively allocating resources, and leveraging core SAP functionality. This includes managing transport requests, ensuring proper documentation of system changes, and proactively identifying areas for improvement in our FI / CO processes. By working closely with development, testing, and implementation teams, you will facilitate a smooth flow of operations, ensuring that all cost, quality, control, and delivery targets are met. Role involves fostering strong communication and collaboration across various process areas with the client. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that system changes are thoroughly understood and aligned with overall business objectives. This includes participating in requirements gathering sessions, providing expert guidance on SAP FI / CO best practices, and facilitating knowledge transfer to end-users. You will leverage your expertise to troubleshoot system issues, resolve data inconsistencies, and implement enhancements that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our SAP FI / CO system modifications.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP Finance (FI / CO) as well as Agile Methodology is required.
• Proficiency in Estimation and Planning is suggested
• Proficiency in Program Project Management, Risk Management, and Scope Management is recommended.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team members to share ideas and solutions.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
