ID : 74061213 Shift : 12H Nights 7p-7a, EOW Description : Unit Notes : - Hiring Process : Candidate Interview- Interview with MedSol Clinical Team- No Unit Manager involvement- Radius : 60 MILES, DL must be submitted- Week of orientation : Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remoteUnitL&D / PP / MB- # L&D Beds : 12 Bed LDRP- # OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections? : 1 C-Section Room- Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios? : 1 : 1 for Labor Patients, 1 : 2-3 for Couplets- Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) : BLS, AWHONN intermediate or advanced OR C-EFM, NRP - Experience or 'Must have' skills : \"Must have 1 year of LDRP experience within the last 3 years- Must be comfortable caring for antepartum, intrapartum, and post-partum- Must have triage experience - Must be comfortable circulating and recovering C-Sections- Prefer prior travel experience\"- Are RNs required to titrate drips?; Pitocin, Mag- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) : \"7-7, Schedule is made out by leadership for 6 wks at a time, travelers are expected to be flexible and help to fill gaps in permanent scheduling. All time off requests need to be submitted prior to starting assignment\"- Weekend Requirements : 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule- Holiday RequirementsMay be asked to go into the Holiday Rotation- Is there a call or standby requirement? : Rare, for low census - Floating Requirements? : None- Scrub Color / Dress code : Provided- Blue Hospital Scrubs- Unit / Department specific orientation : 1-3 Shifts with Preceptor - Additional Notes : At times the unit will take overflow mastectomy patients (travelers would recieve orientation to these patients). Typically just an overnight stay and then go home the next day. Cancellation can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient - EMR BSN License to Trauma Level : 3 Care Shift , EOW Required Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, BLS (AHA), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Contract Weeks : 91
