Prior caregiving experience required.CBRF, First Aid, and fire safety training preferred (will be provided if not already certified).CNA certification preferred.Must obtain American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid certification within 6 months of hire (or within 2 years of initial CBRF First Aid & Choking certification); renewal required every 2 years.Must become med delegated upon hire and able to administer medications.What you'll do as a Caregiver :
Assist residents with daily tasks such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility while promoting independence and dignity.Observe and report changes in condition, and maintain accurate records for care plans, medications, and activities.Help with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.Lead or support leisure and social activities based on individual care plans to enhance quality of life.Benefits & Perks :
