Location : Fort Washington, PA (Not a remote position, must be able to commute daily)

STEQ America markets and delivers technical manufacturing capital equipment-based solutions and generates technical sales and provides US based support for state-of-the-art European developed equipment to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets throughout North America.

STEQ creates and applies solution-based sales relationships, establishing brand and product recognition to develop its business as one of the leaders in our field.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal to enhancing internal marketing-related interactions, providing appropriate support to the sales force, and ensuring seamless execution of trade events. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional capable of producing engaging content and managing event logistics from conception to completion.

You'll also take a hands-on approach to digital marketing, helping to create marketing materials, short-form videos, manage web content, and support campaigns that showcase our company and our vendors.

This is a full-time on-site position. The candidate must be able to commute daily to Fort Washington.

Responsibilities

• ?Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with each department
• ?Graphic design, and public relations, with vendors, contractors, and freelance businesses
• ?Excellent interpersonal skills for representing the company at trade events and product launches, product demonstrations and actively participating at trade shows
• ?Marketing related project management experience and time-management skills for controlling your time and prioritizing urgent projects simultaneously
• ?Excellent computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with the team
• ?Working knowledge of basic computer marketing and web-based software applications, towards web page design / development or graphic design (such as Canva, Adobe Acrobat and WordPress) would be beneficial
• ?Assist in creating and editing engaging short video content for social media, events, and campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
• ?Help coordinate marketing materials, company newsletters, and event-related content that aligns with STEQ America's brand standards.
• ?Support planning and coordination of trade shows, product launches, and customer events—from logistics to on-site participation.
• ?Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Key Qualities

Requirements

BA / BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or business administration

Specific industry sales experience preferred

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop) or other similar software such as Canva.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems - SalesForce preferably

Understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.

A capable communicator and self-disciplined task driven

Related training will be provided, where necessary
